Summer; my gift.
Up until now my summer has been a complete flip upside down. I came home still dating Michael, intending on working at a local hospital, and knowing that the only friend I have that lives up here planned on staying in Philly for the rest of the summer, leaving me all alone to my job, parents and my grandfather
