My heart LITERALLY hurts...something is wrong

So...I've been having "chess pains and i cant breef" since saturday...no seriously no joke I haven't been able to sleep right because I feel like my heart is pumpin too much blood and it makes its hard to breathe right..so i thought it might go away or something and NO I went to the Doctor today and he gave me an EKG and my heartbeat is irregular

yo i hope u feel better steph. heart problems are crazy but eventually it'll go away if u treat it right. plz be careful & dont stress homie. i know your dealing w/ a lot but believe me if your hearts hurting thats because its really big & big things are gonna happen in your life so expect the best to come sooner or later. take care of yourself & make sure to crap alot it works.lol.j/k.
