Tune uke. Break string.
That's pretty much how my week is going, so far. I got my new guitar on Monday and I've spent the last few days gazing at her adoringly (she's called Rose. I lub her muchly.) and stroking her sleek body. :3 That was the high point of the week. From then it just went down (down, in an earlier round.).
From then it just went down (down, in an earlier round.). From accidentally breaking a string on my uke and the nearest music shop being a good half hour way (yay country living!) to finding out that yes, my friends are going to the fitness classes that they said they wouldn't be going to. I got my bloods taken on Tuesday for my Roacc and because I've already missed too much school I forced myself to go in. Cue nearly fainting because I didn't bring lunch and I felt too bad to go down to the shops.
Also the tin of Roses that I'd been hoping to keep for atleast 2 weeks is empty already. And I'm not going to put on any weight from it either. Damn you, over active thyroid!
In other, less depressing news! I've finally started SPN! It's been sitting in my tv folder for the past month, and I finally bit the bullet and went for it! It's AWESOME. I think it, Dr Who, Skins and Shameless are fandoms that I will be becoming a part of \o/.
I have also watched 2 seasons of The Inbetweeners. In a go. When I was meant to be ready to go out. I think my time was better spent. Ahh, British tv is the best. Speaking of British telly, MISFITS! I downloaded the 1st episode (must go get the new one!) but only watched five minutes with a friend before she had to dash and I closed the player and couldn't be bothered to re-open. It was good, what I saw! Excited to watch it!
I also have the new Glee downloaded. Illict homosex ready to go.
