Has already been brought into the real world and so... I doubt it'd have much effect? Unless you wanted to restore Cielo to level one again or something but uh I kinda like having him at his current level so probably not!

Actually, despite her normal humanness, you may be REALLY REALLY pinged by Donna. If KOS-MOS is pinged at all by things relating to Capital-T-Time, she'll notice that Donna is "something new" and a "point of flux" that Time sort of 'bends around her.' I suppose that makes her a phenomenon?

She had an alien...thing. attached to her that changes little minor things about a person's life, and the universe will make minor adjustments to fit it in. When it attached to Donna, an entirely new Universe was created. What does this mean? lol No clue. Seriously, they've been pretty vague and cryptic about it the last couple episodes. Hopefully next week, being the last episode of the season, will explain more in depth.

You already know Citrine's. Sara has an 'unusual energy signature', thanks Zaphkiel. This is due to her being of Gabriel's soul or something. Related to reincarnation. It's essentially like Sakura/MOMO and Mary/KOS-MOS.

One: Will is an Old One, which means he is a being of the Light, taking part in a cosmic battle between Good and Evil. He is also immortal. I think we've talked about this before? Either way, he is non-threatening.
