[there is a vague sense of purpose in his movements - and the lack thereof - tonight. there is a certain staircase - an open staircase now, and a narrow crumbling one at that (his art works quickly, instantaneously; the roof is little more than rubble) - and he stands near the top on the highest floor and watches the streets down below.

he has no wish to invite too much attention upon himself tonight. the matter of that tower, the monsters-that-cannot-be-simple-monsters, they all pose too large an unknown.
