I just took this bath cuz I've been sick all week and they sort of help usually. I'm coughing up nasty yellow stuff, and one time even blood, plus I have a heinus ear ache, my nose is full, and my whole body is kind of in slow-mo. But just now after that bath, it didn't really help I just feel worser and more heavy dead, but not really tired

feel better. this is the worst time of year for sickness! when i get my annual colds, i sit in bed with a big mug of hot tea. for me, it clears everything up for a half hour or so.
