It seems like I've known you forever, even if it's only been a couple of months. Known, knew-being dead really fucks with your tenses. I wanted to say, I saw what you tried to do there, and well, I'm sorry it didn't work. It was so very painful for me, and just easier to let go. I didn't hear only him, I heard everyone. Every voice that has ended up inside my head screaming for release. Mostly I just heard you though. "Hold on kid, I'm coming. Just hold on Marie, just a little longer." Whether it was you or just Logan-inside-my-head, I don't know. I do know one thing-the voice I heard was whispering something else, almost every other word - "I love you."
They gave me one wish, besides the obvious, and I asked for a sheet of paper and a pen. So I could tell you.
I love you Logan.
Love,
Marie
