According to Wikipedia...

Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish. Although there are many recipes, it is normally made with the following ingredients: sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver, and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately an hour. It somewhat resembles other stuffed intestines (otherwise known as sausages) of which it is among the largest types. There are also meat-free recipes specifically for vegetarians which supposedly taste similar to the meat-based recipes.

Sounds delicious! I think the mushroom tartex tastes like liverwurst, or what I remember it to be.

How is the south treating you guys?

So far, so good. Meeting a lot of cool people. School is very good in an overwhelming sort of way.

I think you called us when you were coming to Milwaukee right before we moved. Sorry we didn't connect. We were crazy busy with packing, the holiday, etc. We will be in Milwaukee at the end of June for a short while. Will you be around then?

Sounds good! It took me so long to meet people here and now we are moving to D.C. for next semester so we'll have meet new new people. We'll be back here for my last semester though.

Yes, I called you but I thought you'd be quite busy. I also heard that you had a "come and say goodbye to us" thing at the Landmark or something which I missed.

I'll be in Milwaukee May 16-28th, so I think I'll just miss you guys again. Too bad! Hopefully, we'll see each other soon though. Good on finals if you have them!
