Not sure exactly how I got here (procrastinating when you're supposed to be working on papers and such can lead one into the most unexpected of places), but I just wanted to comment on the photo -- I really enjoy it. I've always loved being under the roof, and the way you've captured the light and dark makes it seem that much more dreamy, albeit with an air of mystery.
Perhaps I'll use this as inspiration to actually get myself in gear and do something, anything with the hundreds and hundreds of photos I've got sitting on my harddrive.
This is my embarassingly late reply to your comment.
Thank you so much for your compliments and kind words. Good luck with your hundreds upon hundreds of photos on your own hard drive--you should post them!
And I hope you got through the papers and such. :)
Oh wow, I had completely forgotten I'd posted that. Haha, no problem at all!
And, yeah, now that school's winding down (one more exam!) I may have some more time to fool around with those photos of mine. Hopefully. Speaking of which, you mentioned below this entry a bit that you liked taking photos of alleyways in Toronto in general. One of my favourite photos I took when I was in the city last May is an alley one. It'll be among the first posted, and I'll be sure to let you know when I do.
PS you should post more often, now that I've been reminded of your journal and its photos.
PPS the CBC is awesome :) Nothing's better than it, and the people who enjoy it, and since younger people don't listen or watch as often (for some crazy reason, when they do they're all the more cool in my books.
