this is a list of things that i should not eat because they can trigger migraines:
Caffeine- Coffee, tea, iced tea and cola. Even decaf coffee and tea may be a problem. Try caffeine-free tea without citrus and other trigger flavors.
Chocolate- White chocolate (no cocoa) is okay; carob is questionable.

how about they tell me what i can eat?
and even still, it may not be any of these things that cause them. my doctor told me of some girl who got them from lettuce.
plus there are a lot of triggers that you can't avoid, like stress and change in pressure and weather.
so yeah.. i dont know what to do.

the medication i take works, but i get like all of the side effects, so i need to go on a new one. but they will not put me on preventitive meds because apparently they make it really hard to concentrate and its not good for school.
i get about 2-3 a month, which is also another reason they wont put me on preventitive medication, but its "not enough." they always tell me that its good that i get only that many, because some get them everyday. but still.. its so debiliating.
