Well-Woven Net, Knot 20: An Unheralded Homecoming

This took a bit of replaying and a bit of thought, and so ended up taking longer than I would have liked -- though there was a vacation and some other personal nonsense in the middle, there, too. XD; Hopefully it'll be less than 3 months before the next bit, which follows pretty closely after this one.

XD It's not really a spoiler, but Zevran did fight Loghain in my game. It's certainly ironic, Zev has his reasons in this story, and Alessar might find it dangerous to let Alistair do it (would he not kill the guy?). Besides, that's not a great way to start one's betrothal. ;D

There are definitely a lot of things weighing on Alessar's mind right now :/ And it's proooobably going to get worse before it gets better ¬_¬;;

So, um, how much chocolate would I have to bribe you with to finish this story? It's haunting me.

Aww ^^;; I really want to finish it, but my brain just hasn't been in the right place lately... I was really busy for the last part of the year, and now I'm playing The Old Republic. XD; But Knot 21 is... half done? I just need to buckle down and finish it. It's hard for me to get a lot of writing done lately because of my work deadline schedules, and I pretty much never write at home... XD;;

tl;dr, it's (unfortunately!) gonna take more than chocolate at this time, hehe. :) But Alessar and Zev are always at the back of my mind, and I do hope to get back to this eventually. ^^; Thank you for reading! :o
