As with the Clarence Thomas hearings, which I remember well, I see this as merely the opposing party's attempted interference with Supreme Court appointments. They are gasping for breath. They know that a court that obeys the Constitution will severely limit their ability to legislate from the Bench.

But better yet, I think, just shut this down, or (as you say) this technique will be applied constantly. We are currently incentivizing the worst of behaviors. And destroying the presumption of evidence.

The above is the one time she mentions she is a "RESEARCH Psychologist" and that is exactly the designation that used to be presented on her profile page at Stanford. She simply has not claimed to be a licensed psychologist with the permission to treat patients. Are you claiming California Law does not make that distinction?

You cannot claim to be a "research psychologist" unless you are, in fact, a psychologist. She is not.
