You were in a car accident? If you're typing this, I guess you're okay...but are you?

Oh I'm fine. I was going to a local St. Jude Shop and I was at a stop light. The guy was backing out of his driveway and didn't see me there. After about two weeks, the insurrance companies got back to me to say that he took responsibility and that they'd pay for the damage. So, in about 3 more weeks, i'll be able to drop off my car at a body shop, wait another week and it'll all be repaired. So, even though it's a pain, it could've been worse. I never did make it to St. Jude's that morning, though. :(

Wow. So, at least it sounds like he was going kind of slowly. And, is it just body work that needs to be done? Or like is the door dented in so that you can't use it at all?

Well, the door needs to be replaced and I can't open it all the way. Also, they can't really tell if there's any additional dmg untill they start removing the door and bumper. So, take it however you take it. I'm glad that insurance is paying for it.

I just find it amusing that your getting in a car accident got only a brief mention.
