real quick update. I need to get to bed.

Baby girl (no name yet) was born at 2:50 August 26th

She weighed 10lbs 2oz, and was 22 inches long. Full head of black hair, and some crazy chubby cheeks.

40 weeks today. 5 year anniversary. No baby yet :(

I had my "38" week appointment today with my midwife. My fundal height was 39, which is the same as what I measured the last two times with Layne. From just feeling, both my midwife and her apprentice guessed the baby to be atleast 8.5lbs at this point. Quite possibly more, but no less than 8. Everytime I tell Layne what he is eating when I give him grapes, he gets upset with me and yells back "no!...ball!"

Atleast he grasps the idea of the shape?

Woo! I got the test taken, and out of the way. Now just to figure out financial aid stuff and I am all set for winter quarter. I feel really good about getting this all taken care of and out of the way. I feared if I left it to be taken care of after the baby, I would never get around to it. Procrastination is evil. Gah. I was supposed to go take the placement test today at Columbus State. It's available for taking everyday, but my childcare situation hasn't been the best recently.
