I think my only real complaint with the movie was that they could have cut a few times to Gale watching Katniss and Peeta in the arena before cutting to him when they kiss. That's all it would have taken to make the "love triangle" not feel tacked on. Okay, that and making it more clear that Haymitch was a hopeless, useless drunk because of the hopelessness of the Games year after year, until Katniss and Peeta came along and gave him hope and a reason to stop drinking, at least for a little while.

Seneca and the berries was perfect. Poor Seneca. And Snow was the most chilling thing ever (no pun intended). The riot in District 11 was amazing and sets the tone so well for Catching Fire and I cannot frelling WAIT.

Once you own a copy, you should totally vid it. I'll happily watch. ;)

I think that would have been better as well. Some scenes where he's watching and worried about her, not upset at a blossoming romance with her fellow tribute ( ... )

I will own it, rewatch it, maybe icon it and maybe even vid it.

I skimmed over this post because I didn't want to spoil myself on HG but I had to comment on this part. \o/ I love that you're thinking of vidding to this. Made me grin all sorts of goofy.
