Plot of Season 5: Sam's baby shows up and is the actual antichrist, no seriously this time. And then ages rapidly and seeks to end the world, father-first, obvs. There is even more opportunity for incest. All is dramatic and full of angst about family vs. antichrist, kill-him-save-him.
