Inspection day today. Just had a grilling from a panel about how we view teaching and learning in the division. Was much more formal than I'd expected - we'd just been told they wanted to 'see us for a chat' but it was a panel of 8 people and 3 of us 'new lecturers' from various departments/courses and they just sat there for half an hour and said
