Well in response to Shev I thought I'd do a wee post.....spent today doing a cross-cultural communication course - now I know lots about eye contact, standing too close to people and why some cultures don't say thank you. Interesting. Am off to have a wee look through my cookie book just now to decide what I'm going to do for the craft fayre -
