I just wanted to share a similar situation with you. I had two bikes stolen from my garage in St. Louis. (I think it was payback for calling the cops one time when these two dudes were about to kill each other in front of a bunch of kids in the alley behind my house). Anyway, I walked out of my house one day to see this little kid riding down the street on my bike. I said, "Hey that's my bike," and my friend Beth started chasing him! The kid was so scared that he hit the front brakes and flipped over the handlebars in the middle of the road. Beth started ripping the bike away from the kid while I was saying,"Oh my god are you okay?" I was actually worried if he was hurt... He was under 10 years old!! He said he got it from his cousin... who said he got it from a friend who was supposedly at six flags that day
