I’m home for the holidays and without a sewing machine, What to do?
With a competition looming, I decided to get all of my wig styling done over Christmas. Both of these wigs are for characters from the first Vampire Hinter D novels; D and Doris.

All things stretchy: Fantastic pattern blog

I’ve never had much luck making things out of stretch fabrics. I would draw out a pattern or make something up and after much altering, swearing and fiddling would I finally get it to fit.

D’s muscle suit

I’ve been working on my Vampire Hunter D costume for over a year now, but the one thing i’ve been putting off is the bodysuit. D is a muscly man and well I’m not, so I was keen to make a muscle suit to give me some subtle definition.

About an hour’s drive away from stavanger is Manafossen, literally translated as the “Moon Waterfall”. It’s also the highest waterfall in Rogaland, the region of stavanger and its surroundings.
