I stayed home from school today, which is highly atypical for me. I've been feeling really sick over the weekend, and it got particularly bad last night. It's bad timing though, as there is a Biology test today, and a paper due in ethics, and both an SGA and PTK meeting, so I don't know how I'm going to catch up on all that. I'm curious as to why you are going to walk around with your hand over your head.

Being sick is no fun. It really sucks...=_=. I'm glad you updated, though! And you read through my boringly long journal entries...how do you deal with that?

Hehe, well thanks for posting, Dani! Of course, if you noticed, I've actually been posting quite frequently the last few days (well, frequently for me, anyways). You might have been able to tell because of the sudden occurrences of airborne swine. The reference is from the latter part of Phantom of the Opera where the leading lady's (Christine) fiancee (Raoul) and a detective of sorts (member of the secret police, I think) are heading into the hidden sections of the Paris Opera House to search for the Phantom. He had been killing those who got close to him by strangling them with rope (or cord, whatever), so the secret police guy told the fiancee to keep his hand by his head, for "the rope of the strangler is quick". Basically if someone tried to choke one of them with a rope their hand would be under the rope as well, which they could use to either free themselves or to at least prevent themselves from being asphyxiated by the rope. It was supposed to be humorous though, of course, as for about 10 minutes we watch the two main heroes ( ... )
