This week has been exceptionally taxing and wearisome, but whatever. Today totally made up for everything, because I finally got to see both Angélique Kidjo and Elton John perform live! YAY. Two things I can cross off my to-do-before-the-end list.

It was a nice surprise when Elton John's band arrived on stage and among them were the two cellists

That is so cool! And I can't believe I hadn't noticed the whole Winchester thing (or if I have, it had totally escaped my mind). I guess I was too immersed in the music the first time I saw that video.

It was! I would have been completely happy with just Elton John and a piano but having Sam and Dean the 2CELLOS as well was the very handsome, very talented cherry on top. ;)
