stairclimber and elliptical
i would do warm-ups and cool downs
but for the most part, i would turn on the soap channel and and not move
then, thursdays were great because i would work through ugly betty (when i liked it) and greys

the best way is to find your favorite show and go to the gym when its about to start
before you know it, an hour is over

Weird that you didn't loose more working out 2-3hours every day :/

she said that i was insulin resistant
so there weren't enough receptors breaking down the carbs for me
