so saturday was prom. it was fun, but it wasn't GREAAAAAT. i think that it was kind of a let down for a lot of people because of expectations being too high

oh man, physics is just so cool like that. i also think that the people who work on dragon's descent really need to get their act together because when i was about to go on it and, you know, do the exam, this one guy came up to me and told me that my vertical accelerometer posed a hazard to the ride and took it away from me(!) now, all would have been lost if two other employees (who OBVIOUSLY had more sense) hadn't come up at the second before he put the accelerometer in the bin with everyone else's backpacks and told him it was for an experiment. his reaction? to mutter curses under his breath as to the horribleness of physics day. so yes, i can understand why funtown would make you giggle :)
