I saw a bumper sticker the other day...it said "If you believe there's no God, you'd better be right!!" I think thats a much shorter way of explaining what you explained. This is why I'm a business major and you are an english major who likes to write long prose.

P.S. Keep in mind the DaVinci code is a fictional work loosely based on some sort of factuality...if you read the DaVinci code you should probably also read another book entitled "Cracking the DaVinci Code"...bear in mind that only 10% of anything you read you should believe ;)

Actually, Tony, I completely disagree with that statement. In fact, if you refer to my friend Dave's journal, you'll see that I am totally against that line of thought. And I know alll about the DaVinci Code and the explanation book as well... but There's a lot in that book that I believed well before I read it in print. Just how I feel. And I think you should believe whatever you want to believe, no matter what percent it is! :o)
