Explosion at McDonald's in St. Petersburg, Russia

There was an explosion, presumably a bomb, at a downtown McDonald's in St. Petersburg. It's on the South end of

Didn't you hear...apparently this was a different sort of hooliganism.

The incident happened shortly before local elections.

Apparently, it was political somehow.
