You had better believe it! We absolutely should hang out, but it won't be until fall quarter that I will disappear so no rush on that. If anything cool is happening soon, I'm busy but I want to make time.

I'm glad the satirical nature of my post was clear. With all the angst posts, posts about somebody's day with no interesting content, and "who am I" tests which, admittedly, I regularly take myself, I just couldn't resist.

R U OH KAY!? I will fly out to Seattle on Tuesday, JUST FOR YOU! I bought my tickets (well, my tickets were given to me) months ago, but, I mean, i KNEW you would need a friend when you were DOWN. When you were LOW. When you were SAD.

When I posted this message, I wasn't sure if people would "get" the fact that it was meant as a satire of everything LJ or not, so I made it extra over the top. I laughed my ass right off (I am now assless). I'm still laughing. I'm thinking about writing an automatic LJ post generating tool for the web. Wouldn't that be rad!?

Hello! Yeah, I figure that all my friends are smart enough to know that I'm full of shit with the post and laughing myself into convulsive fits. The drama thing is, fortunately, largely outsite my social circles. Sometimes it creeps in, but for the most part I get to live without it.

We should totally do coffee again soon. As for moving, I'll be going to grad school. My first choice for schools is Indiana University, but my first choice for town with schools in them is Berkeley. We shall see. I won't be disappearing until fall.

I'll throw some social invitations your way after I get my applications in, which is eating my time right now.

The draw of Indiana is Indiana University. It appears to have the best Informatics program in the country. The other schools (Berkeley, UW, etc) have Computer Science programs with some Informatics thrown in.

We should get together. I am SO obscenely busy with grad school applications I can't even think right now. I will (seriously) contact you guys in the really soon timeframe for a hanging of out.

Oh crap - it has been over 2 hours, so that must mean I hate you!! I will have to write about this in my live journal with much angst because I misunderstood your irony and took everything you said seriously. AND I am going to spread rumors that you want to kill yourself and that you hate cats. AND I am going to get upset because you used CAPS and that means that you are YELLING OVER LJ and yelling is against the rules of the internet.

Obviously your pain is my fault because I made you wear a tux in my wedding, but that only happened because I GOT married, so this must all be Nathan’s fault! Oh No! Now Nathan will think I hate HIM! No wonder he is flying to Seattle to see you!

Oh wait, I’m flying to Seattle too. Well, okay then. :)
