No, you didn't miss any of these. I did the smart thing after my family had asked for some of my beef jerky a whole two times. I moved the basket out of sight so they'd stop pestering me constantly. That had the unfortunate effect of keeping it out of my sight as well. Anyways, I'm back to the reviews!

If it's white pepper that's just black with the rind removed. Which means it has a stronger spicy bite up front rather than hitting you later. This has been your Peppercorn Flavor Announcement for the day.
