I love this post so much...and I agree so readily. Rusty will be back to bite him in the ass (and I think the perception filter works on Daleks, so it might be why they didn't see the TARDIS). I'm confused as to why Rusty's new thinking didn't load up onto the Paraweb, but...maybe he is a lowly grunt and therefore doesn't get access the same. Orders recieved, but no new processes/information being uploaded

THAT! I was wondering about that too! It totally should have uploaded to all the Daleks. Why didn't it? I wonder if maybe the circuit burned out before the Doctor arrived the first time? That could be the reason it didn't upload. I was totally expecting the Daleks to turn on each other and ignore the humans.
12 is definitely darker than Clara is used to. I loved his comment when she asked how she looked. That was wonderful. *snickers*
We did see it a bit with 10 and his thing about guns. Not so much soldiers, but there's a parallel there. I suppose that he is remembering the Time War a bit more right now and that's the reason for it, but I suspect it's more that the Moff is plotting.....
