So I'm sittin at dinner with my family eatiing my Lou M's all happy bout it and we are watchin the news. They are covering the memorial servive of the boy who died in the plan accident the other day. I started crying.. I mean how aweful im sitthing here eating my pizza and that family is grieving for their 6 year old son who was singing about Santa

well said, lex. it's quite upsetting how much we all take life for granted. i believe you pretty much hit everything right on. i'm over here complaining about how stressful this week has been when there's people out there starving and stressing about where their next meal is going to be. anyways... great post and i heart you and i'm totally for dancing in the snow! haha. :o)

i read your entire entry. and you're right about all that. we do take too much for granted. and we do all need to enjoy senior year as much as we can because next year.. all we will have left of our senior year are the memories and i want them to be awesome memories. and it is very sad and depressing - the little boy who died in the plane accident. terrible.

Wow, how very true all of this is. It's sad to think that the news is infested with all of these tragic things nowadays. I hate watching the news becuase there is rarely anything happy on it. Another thing that bothers me is how they go from reporting something like a 2 year old getting killed by a stray bullet to a special on new fashion fads. Hmm, it seems that it should be the other way around. It's horrible.
