We had a napping room at KPMG in LA when I worked there.

Sometimes employers try to be "progressive" about it, especially when they have employees regularly working 60 hour weeks. Ours is supposed to be more of a 8-5 environment, and the company cafeteria was shuttered, so employee amenities are not a main benefit of working here... I think there's space for another vendor to do it outside.
