So this is a rare venture into erotica, for me. Behind the cut is my R-rated (NOT worksafe) Dean/Castiel art for spn_j2_bigbang.

Also for strangeandcharm 's Dean/Castiel story "Three's A Crowd" (fixed link!). (Note that the story is NC-17 rated). I dithered about whether to post all in one, or separate out the higher rated painting, but in the end thought I'd put this on ( Read more... )

gosh, that's so luminous. I want to form a coherent comment, but I just look and think 'oooh, look at the details, the lines, the structure... how it all comes together.... Gosh.'

Thank you! Yes, I had a idea for the colours to make the skin tones glow, and I'm so happy with the way it turned out.

*Squeee* The feathers were really interesting to paint. The bedhead details are just made up - probably vaguely intended to be carved wreaths.

Mm-HMM! I see what you mean about the right hand (personal opinion: the palm isn't curved in on itself quite enough) but that is a very, very minor quibble. And the right hand looks *great* - really focuses the piece for me! The blank, abstracted expression on his face - and then that alert, gripping hand.

And of course your modelling of volume, and your colors, lovely as always!

Thank you! I had a reference for his left hand (a lovely clear b&w photo) but not for his right (which explains everything *g). General frustration was influencing everything I tried by the end - I need to ignore it for a while and look at it dispassionately later.
