If you want to get technical, she spelled it in the wrong alphabet. I think there’s as much of a difference between spelling it Qu’ran and Koran as there is between spelling it Tchaikovsky and Chaikovskij - neither one is the original spelling, and what’s more, it really doesn’t matter as it’s only an approximation anyhow.
