E3 registration deadlines are coming up soon. Usually, I wait until the last week of the deadline to send my registration in since I've had bad luck when sending it in early. What is really terrible is you never know if your badge got approved or not. So typically I wonder if I've booked a trip to LA, and won't be able to go in to the convention

I suppose ConCom meetings are to discuss more broad issues among the divisions. I dunno for sure as I don't think I've ever been to one.

As for "fun, food, gaming" that still happens but it is often within the departments now. The Volunteer Dept still has lots of fun and I tag along when I can. AX has a big staff now so niche within niche is bound to happen. I wander everywhere that is open so it's not a big deal for me.

We'll have to have a "fun, food, gaming" when HR goes to NoCal to host open house/orientation events. Feel free to come... er, after we find a place. ^^;
