Doctor Who 50th Anniversary
Wow.
I am very nearly speechless with happy and wonder and just, wow. They did it. They *did* it. So many amazing bits. So many references and little background-y things.
I teared up in several places, but the very end - yes. That. That *exactly*. I know the script was written by Moffatt, not Paul Cornell (or Ben Aaronovitch) but I could not help but think of Timewyrm: Revelation then, and some of the other long themes that ran through the New Adventures.
Well done. Well done indeed.
