Rye Berry Salad

I was inspired by my recent whole grains class at whole foods, particularly by a wheat berry waldorf salad... it calls for walnuts, apples, raisins, all the typical waldorf stuff BUT it had a really light dressing on it with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. it was yummy and intriguing as the wheat berries are so chewy!
