I'm fasting too. Day 2 for me. While you're fasting try to refocus and know that you're helping your body get back to the starting point by giving your body a chance to recover from all the eating. I'm doing three days of fasting and then starting the ABC. It worked well for me last tie i tried it. Hopefully you love your results. :)
