I've come down a weight category... YEE HAW lmao... Anyway, I'm feeling good I guess, I had someone's birthday tonight. So I had to eat but I didn't eat a lot. I did 2.9 miles of running and I danced as well. So what I did eat should be cancelled out.
Though the theory of net calories perplexes me lol...
So today is Day 3 o the Ana Olympics, this is my fasting day. So far I'm feeling ok, but fasting for me is a bumpy road lol. My stomach seems to decide it's hungry in a matter of seconds, then go for hours without even a grumble

At the moment my bmi is quite high.... By the time I go away, I want my bmi to be somewhere around the region of 22 points???? I want to weigh 90 pounds, which would give me a bmi of 15.0
I did something today, that I've never done in my whole life before. I walked/ran over 2 miles..... In total 2.6 miles or 4.2 kilometers And I still have 130 cals left for dinner today, I'm hella excited.
Hopefully I'll achieve my 2nd goal tomorrow, but if not the next day
