So it has been raining for the past few days straight and flooding is occuring. Classes were cancled today due to "extreme weather." Our parkinglot is a lake, and the driveway is a river, so i guess that is a good thing (that classes are cancled that is). mmmmm... I likes rain. But it sucks that so much flooding is occurring.

It was interesting to see all the effects of the storm, now that it is (hopefully) passed. We made front page news on CNN.com though....that's kind of neat! Lots of damage especially to homes at the bottom of hills. Had to drive around a lot today and got to see some of the damage...OMG it's incredible how much damage water can actually have on an environment! I really hope that everyone is ok! It makes me really glad that i live on the third floor of our building.
