As a requirement of my job as a trainer I am always asking for feedback about myself or the way I do my job. Wheather it is good or bad feedback is unimportant. As the training department states, all feedback is good feedback and helps me to develop my role as a trainer and individual

Besides that lad you are one of the genuinly nicest people I have ever met, you always look on the beter side of things, and try and make me do the same. Its been a pleasure being your friend.

Sorry, I don't *do* anonymous! You're very kind and gentle, and a loving and sensetive soul. You're very adaptable - you can get on with anyone of any personality type. But if anyone was to try to take advantage of your good nature they wouldn't get away with it because you don't take any messing from anyone.
