Oooooh, I do, but it means more distraction from my writing, which I'm trying to focus on more this month. Such is the life of someone who loves to learn...

it flows all through the suburbs of cleveland. it was a huge part of my childhood. we would cross it in the summer and our legs would be full of leaches. sometimes it would freeze over in the winter. once my brother and i fell in up to our chests. coldest i've ever been. there was a sandbar at one spot where small wild onions grew. a lot of raccoons and skunks in that area.

Philip reads me PIlgrim at Tinker Creek often. He says that he lives near the real place and that Annie still lives there, too.
Yay for happy reading!

how is life?
I cannot wait to read (or re-read) most of these. Tinker Creek I have actually never read -- it's up there on my list of "nexts".
What news from my desert homeland?
