I have a hard time doing that, simply because i absolutely cannot clear my mind and think of nothing ;) damn that ADD...you make me want to try it though.

yeah, I'm the same way...but with that piece..it was just WOW! I've been trying to be able to meditate like that for YEARS and it's never works, even doing guided meditation..but that did it.
