I'm going to call it, the new House team will be; the chick who killed the dog by accident (the new Cameron), Kumar (the new Chase) and FOREMAN! I say after getting fired he'll totally come crawling back to House.

The chick didn't kill the dog, the patient did, he had to get rid of the medicine somehow so he could let himself die.
