i just realized that i completely lack healthy coping mechanisms. when i get upset, i panic and do stupid things. what do normal people do to cope?

I've pretty much decided that I don't possess the ability to drink in moderation, and that I have the highest tolerance on the planet. That bodes really well for me in the future.

Oh my god so I've been here like 4 days I'm going crazy. There's like nothing to do here until classes start. I can't wait till Tuesday. I love it here, don't get me wrong, but there are some things that are bothering me...but I'm going to wait til later to get into that.
