Earlier this year, my dad (who has a history of heart problems since childhood) fainted. Several times. Without telling my mom. She finally discovered it when he fainted in the bathroom and hit his head on a cabinet. He went to work anyway, where he almost fainted again before someone finally convinced him he needed to go to the hospital.
The point is, men for the most part are stupid when it comes to their health. Please tell Stan I hope he's ok and if he doesn't take care of himself, I'm gonna come up there and kick his ass using my mighty powers of plushie ^^
Also, *HUGZZZZZZ* That must have been terrifying for you to go through as well :(
He can be very stupid when it comes to his health; we have a long history of disagreements about it. The fact that he was willing to go to the hospital (not that I would have budged on it) suggests it spooked him too, although like I said he had to be persuaded to go.
He's fine today, although we're still waiting on the neurologist AND to get the heart monitor. And now he's feeling very sorry for himself and regretting going to the ER :>
