I was going to recommend an over-the counter medicine Sinupret before I checked and found out that it's not sold in Canada....which is a shame. You could try to inhale - heat up a liter of water, add a bit of salt - or other things, I use a japanese mint thing - put your head over it, towel on top of you and just inhale for a few minutes.
and ha, treadmill. we were just talking about a time machine....maybe you just need to run faster :)
I've not tried anything like that, but a hot shower unclogged my head wonderfully. It isn't usually too bad when I'm upright, but as soon as I lie down I start choking on snot or coughing uncontrollably (even with pillows piled up to sleep upright). But now that I've been taking the antibiotic for a few days it's starting to clear up a bit.
I already go as fast as I can, how much faster does it need? :O
If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were either being Punk'd or in a romantic comedy where the movie ends with all of your dreams coming true. I'm hoping for the latter ^^ *HUGS*
