So then what was the impetus for the creation of the cotton gin?

Can I have his number - I have a question or 12.

Down, Y. E.

Those of us with a clue in the class have been casting doubt about the veracity of his historical statements before and after class.

His Econ is fine, his history is a bit shakey, his practicum sucks.

Don't get me started about him and horse drawn agriculture.

Could be worse. I once had a beginning-level college biology class that was taught from a Marxist perspective. . .

Oy. And this one's such a simple thing to fix, too:

"Without the cotton gin, it just wasn't feasible to have industrial-scale cotton cultivation or production."

Makes me wonder just how easy his other goofs are to fix... and the easier they are to fix, the worse he comes off. Sheesh.
