Remember that accident I got into a little over a week ago? Yea, it won't go away.

My adjuster called me today and told me that the guy who pulled out in front of me is saying that I was 'driving erraticly' and thus isn't claiming 100% liability for the claim. If he SAW me driving erraticly, why did he pull out in front of me? He couldn't SEE me ( Read more... )

I suspect that either this isn't the first or even second time he's done this kind of thing, and his job is on the line if he doesn't fight it, or that someone at Comcast is pushing for him to have *every* piece of evidence reviewed b/c they don't want to pay what they *should* pay. Their insurance guy knows this is ridiculous, but if he didn't explore every avenue for Comcast, it'd be his ass.
I just really hope that tape proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that I was simply driving along, and well, and HE is the one who should pay for this.

the funny thing is, the video can't show anything BUT the fact that you WEREN'T driving erratically, so if his ass really is on the line, this should seal it. Good luck ...
