I can get me into a lot of trouble!

Well, my big mouth got me into trouble again!
I have to learn how to stay silent - when someone says something negative to me about somebody else, I have to learn how to NOT let it come out later.  Especially if I'm upset with that "somebody else." I'm embarrassed because I've done this - I broke the confidence of someone I'm close to, and hurt
