I've been a bit off since G and I split up.  I emailed a couple of his friends the night we broke up to ask them to look out for him - in case he was feeling as bad as I was.  I knew he'd be angry, but was worried about him and was willing to risk it to make sure he wasn't feeling alone.

Well, it backfired in a unique way...

A friend's leukemia has become active again - with a vengence. My mother died from the disease, so I know what my friend's advancement means.
